1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by Stew Marketing LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “user”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Stew Marketing LLC provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to automation workflows, lead generation, CRM setup, SMS and email marketing, SEO, PPC, web development, and related consulting services.

3. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery. Cooperate with timelines and feedback deadlines. Ensure content provided does not infringe third-party rights or violate any laws.

4. Payment Terms

All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated in writing. Late payments may be subject to a 5% late fee per month. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in work created by Stew Marketing LLC remain our property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation will continue for two (2) years after termination of the agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stew Marketing LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the services with a 14-day written notice. Upon termination, the Client agrees to pay for services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not provided unless explicitly agreed in writing. Disputes will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or through our website.
